What is a bargirl friendly hotel? It's any hotel in Bangkok that doesn't charge their guest a joiner's fee for taking a bargirl back to their rooms. The broader and more common term is guest friendly. Since most men take bargirl's back to their hotels I just decided to use that term instead.
However, all of the bargirl friendly hotels listed here are gay, freelancer and lady boy friendly as well.

Patpong has the fewest amounts of bargirl friendly hotels. So I went ahead and added some alternative accommodation options.

Nana and Soi Cowboy
Red Light Districts
Since the red light districts of Nana and Soi Cowboy are so close together there's no coincidence that this area contains the most bargirl friendly hotels. So I categorized them by price range (from left to right):
- Budget: 1000 THB to 1499 THB
- Affordable: 1500 THB to 2399 THB
- Expensive: 2400 THB to 6000 THB
Just bear in mind that it's best to book rooms for two. It usually won't cost you extra and is just a formality some hotels require.
Some hotel reservation websites require you to enter a name for the second guest. Use any name you'd like. Once a friend of mind used the name Heidi Klum as a second guest. Hotels usually don't check and if they do just say they haven't arrived yet. What are they going to do? Deny you the room you booked and paid for because the second guest hasn't arrived. Of course not.
